Alignment Flow Yoga is designed to create focus and strength from within by helping students regain their natural flexibility and re-establish their innate energy flow for optimal health.
By beginning with a moment of "dropping in" or centering, students learn to use their own breath to create heat in the body and to stabilize the mind. This allows for a meditative flow steeped in awareness and concentration that enhances the understanding and development of the physical postures.
These dynamic and stationary asanas, always focused on alignment, will open and balance every style of practitioner from the beginner to advanced or from the tense to the flexible.

Flow Class: A flowing sequence of yoga postures coordinated with each breath. The yoga postures are dynamically connected to increase the heart rate or "inner fire" leading to a cardiovascular and strengthening class. This energetic form of yoga links individual postures together and with sun salutations, resulting in constant movement that takes the student out of their heads and into their bodies. The union of breath and movement in this practice creates a blissful yoga experience!
