Designed with beginners in mind, we will explore various techniques including beginner yoga postures, breath awareness, guided visualization and more.
Prior yoga experience is not required.
Relax, restore, and recharge with Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga involves long holds in passive, gentle poses. The goal is to access and work with the joints and connective tissues. Yin can increase flexibility, mobility, and overall comfort when practiced regularly. Yin also helps to calm the mind and body
