Our retreat begins as we return to ourselves amidst the beauty of the natural world.

This has been my first personal retreat in over 20 years. And, it has been profoundly wonderful and important in my self-growth. I deeply appreciate the warm and generous atmosphere created by Lucy and the organizers and all the participants. I learned about meditation and feel comfortable beginning that practice again. I loved all the yoga classes, and I loved the feeling of being in the friendly company of other journeyers. Thank you.-Deb Selkow 2012
This trip surpassed all expectations. I had hoped to leave here a bit more rested than I arrived and with a few less kinks in my neck. I am instead leaving with all of that plus a much lighter soul and the promises of better days. Thank you! Heather Iafrati 2012
A nice place, accomodations are gorgeous. Awesome Yoga! Great Stretching, excellent mantras! Beth Hunt 2012
It was a beautiful experience. It was everything I needed. All the classes were so well prepared and taught. The retreat reached me body, soul and spirit! Thank you for all the hard work you put into it. Pam Gaboury 2012
I'm still smiling and feeling the "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" effects of the beautiful Maine retreat..saying "thank you" for the opportunity doesn't seem to express the joy and gratitude I feel. It was just perfect!!! My car was the last to roll out of the parking lot - Pam and I took spent a little extra time taking in the everty feeling, smell and sight we could before opening the car doors to head back home. I was looking forward to an opportunity to feel that "sweet yoga community" spirit from the weekend - it was all that an so much more....thank you Lucy -JoAnn 2011
Well organized-well balanced soothing, calming, relaxing informative and fun! Beach setting is incredible! Wonderful to spend a beautiful weekend with friends and like-minded people. - Natalie Graham Retreat 09
Very peaceful, relaxing.. good sense of community. The balance of free time and yoga retreat activities was good. Also, the intensity of the yoga was good. Although, I can do more challenging yoga, that is not what I personally am looking for at a retreat. I thought all was perfect as it was! - Lisa Toole Thank you once again for creating this great experience for us! It is something I always look forward to each year! It is relaxing and energizing! - Linda Yates
Great Yoga, Great company, Great location! - Jean Kitchen
